Canvas Courses missing and Grade Sync failing Monday 26th October 2020 08:00:00
We are aware of an issue impacting Canvas Grade Sync and we are also aware of some courses missing in Canvas.
Thus issue has been resolved.
Canvas has identified the issue impacting Grade Sync and that should be working correctly. Canvas is still working on the issue impacting Q1 and Q2 courses.
We have also discovered that Q2 classes are not built in Canvas. Canvas engineers are working directly with our SIS to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
